    I really like this honey company. I think that their apiary is in new jersey which makes it fairly local for new york city. This product taught me about the health benefits of local, raw honey. The flavors that they make are diverse and delicious. I recommend trying the variety. It does arrive semi-solid, but it dissolves easily in warm tea. I was once told that honey is a food that does not spoil, and this product has proven to be shelf stable. Again, they offer a wonderful variety of flavors, and i do recommend giving them a try.
